How do I log water?
Open the Today tab and tap the log button. Each tap adds water toward your daily goal and earns droplets toward your lifetime total.
What are tiers and droplets?
Every milliliter you log earns droplets that never reset. As your lifetime droplets grow you unlock new tiers on the Journey tab — from a shot glass all the way up to a dam.
How does the streak work?
Log at least once on a calendar day to keep your streak alive. Miss a day and a freeze token will protect it automatically. You hold 1 freeze token on the free plan, or up to 3 with Droply Pro. Without a token, the streak resets.
What is Droply Pro?
Droply Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription, ever) that unlocks triple streak protection (up to 3 freeze tokens), the Journey trend graph, custom reminder times, and a supporter badge. The app is fully usable for free without it.
I bought Pro but it's not showing — how do I restore it?
Open the Pro screen and tap "Restore Purchase." As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with, your Pro unlock will come right back — on this device or any new one.
Can I switch between ml and fl oz?
Yes. Droply supports both metric (ml/L) and imperial (fl oz/gal) units. Your preference is saved automatically.
Will I lose my progress?
No. Lifetime droplets and tiers never reset on their own — only today's total resets each day. As long as you're signed in to iCloud, Droply automatically syncs your progress through your own private iCloud, so it comes back when you delete and reinstall the app and follows you to a new iPhone — no manual backup needed. If iCloud is turned off for Droply, your data stays only on that device and deleting the app removes it.
